This is going to be an interesting ride...

I've moved my blog over to Tumblr.

I can now be found over at my new MeshBoats site.
If you have bookmarks, please update them, as any new content will be at Tumblr. Most of my posts will still be duplicated here, but check on the Tumblr, just to be safe.

Thanks!

The Sing-Off Week 7

This week was a week of medleys, and I found it highly enjoyable. I'll keep this brief, since I'm so late, and I have a movie to finish watching. ;) I'll start off my highlight reviews with one word...

Holycrap. Pentatonix did it again! (Pun intended) Taking on Britney Spears in a way I never thought possible.

Afro Blue did a fun and ambitious arrangement of Janet Jackson tunes.
Delilah is still back in action, slamming through an Alicia Keys medley. Loved it!

The YellowJackets were the ones to say goodbye this week, although they did do some nice Billy Joel renditions. It was their swan song, however, that really reminded me of just how amazingly amusing they are. Obviously they will never stop.

Urban Method did great this week, killing some Rihanna. The arrangements were a bit different, which was nice. Loved the layering they did in some sections. (Stop looking for the video. I didn't post it.) Last year's champs, Committed, made a guest appearance and did their own medley with Chris Brown hits. They lever let me down. Their confidence on stage has vastly improved since they were last on the show, and I still absolutely love their crazy chord transitions. Jazzy. Love it.

Once again, a good time was had by all. I'm pretty sure. Well, I wasn't there, after all. I was trick-or-treating with the kids. So anyway, back to my movie.

Peace OutSide!
